Governor Arthur Phillip is delighted to announce the arrival of his beautiful newborn, 2nd Lieut Philip Gidley King, born on March 10th, 2026.

Little Philip made a grand entrance into the world on the historic HMS Sirius, which was shipwrecked near Slaughter Bay in Norfolk Island, Queensland, Australia.

Sporting a vibrant pink heart colour, this adorable rubber duck is already charming everyone who meets her.

Slaughter Bay, where Philip was born, is a picturesque coastal spot with crystal-clear waters and lush greenery.

The historical significance of the HMS Sirius adds an extra layer of excitement to Philip's birth story, making her arrival all the more memorable.

Governor Arthur Phillip is overjoyed to welcome his newest family member and is looking forward to creating many wonderful memories with little Philip as they explore the beautiful surroundings of Norfolk Island.
