We are thrilled to announce the arrival of little Seaman Richard Webb, a precious pink heart rubber duck, born on March 10th, 2026, aboard the historic HMS Sirius at Slaughter Bay, Norfolk Island, Queensland, Australia.

This charming addition to the world made quite the entrance in the midst of the blue ocean waves and the gentle sea breeze, with the bright Australian sun shining down to welcome the newest member of Governor Arthur Phillip's family.

With his delightful pink hue and adventurous spirit, Seaman Richard Webb is sure to make a splash in the hearts of all who meet him.

Slaughter Bay, known for its rich maritime history and stunning natural beauty, provides the perfect backdrop for the beginning of Seaman Webb's own extraordinary journey on the high seas.

As he sets sail into the great unknown, we wish this little rubber duck fair winds and following seas.

Congratulations to the proud parent, Governor Arthur Phillip, on this joyous occasion.
